In the heart of Capdepera, with the sea as a backdrop and embraced by the surrounding nature, stand these exclusive villas, rising majestically from the ground.

With the premise of creating a project that feeds on the breathtaking views, the villas are configured in a game of four volumes that alternate to contemplate the sea.

The exclusive suites that make up the nighttime program soar above the lower floor, where a series of open spaces are crossed by a central ‘patio’ that becomes an oasis of light and vegetation, merging the residential experience with the surrounding nature.

The rugged terrain poses both a challenge and an opportunity, the project adapts to the topography, creating a succession of terraces that host outdoor spaces and an infinity pool that intertwine the homes with the horizon.

Aerothermal heating, heat recovery, solar capture, and solar protection systems are just some of the implemented solutions, technology serving comfort and sustainability.
